STEP 8 - GRILLING WITH BEEF

broken image

So it’s that time of the year when you decide the temperature outside is perfect for a backyard get together or the weather is just too beautiful to stay indoors.

Now that you’ve brought the grill out of hibernation and rendered it clean and ready to go, let’s talk about some ways to put it—and your stash of Essential Oils—to good grilling use this season.

We’ll start with an amazing southwestern-flavored marinade, perfect for grilling that perennial favorite, BEEF.

TEX–MEX GRILLED BEEF MARINADE RECIPE

• 4 drops Cilantro Essential Oil

• 1/4 c. Olive Oil

• 1/4 c. Lemon or Lime Juice

• 1 tsp. Sea Salt

• 1 tsp. Cumin or 1 drop Cumin Essential Oil

• 1 tsp. fresh Garlic, finely minced

• 5 drops Black Pepper Essential Oil

• 7 drops Lime Essential Oil

Mix all ingredients together and marinate tenderized beef a minimum of two hours before grilling. Grill until internal temperature of the thickest part of the beef is 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

QUESTION – HOW MANY TIMES DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS DO YOU GRILL OUT?
